Here's a few pictures. Am I missing something? Or is this how it's supposed to be?

Looks normal except your rotors are dented on the edges. How did you do that?

Looks OK to me, what struck you as odd? Do you mean just that the calipers aren't the same and just the reverse of each other?

I have a spare caliper and LBS set up if you need. LBS side only all you need to do is bolt it to the left fork

Can you clarify the Brake Shudder?
High speed, low speed, just coming to a stop, does it just make noise or can you feel it, if you feel it what does it feel like, does it depend on how hard you squeeze?

Medium speed and medium to heavy pressure on the front brake. Resembles a warped rotor on a car.

Probably those aftermarket rotors causing the shudder. Maybe the PO bought them from China on ebay

They say Galfer, but are they? Knockoffs exist. And even if they are, no way to know if the PO did something to warp or bend them in a small way. Or used the wrong pads with them.

I've read that rotors like these can cause a shudder. Some people say they have it and some say they don't.

I'm gonna go out on a limb here and say it has absolutely nothing to do with your brakes... its that nicely cupped front tire. I could feel it on mine under hard braking until continuous hard riding and a close eye on tire pressure took care of any cupping on my front dunlop.
