shoulder update..... so my primary care doctor, examined me on tuesday...... had n X-ray taken.... called me yesterday, and said it looks like a torn rotater cuff..... MUTHER FKR!!!!! I was sure that I hadn't damaged it that bad. and my other doctor is suprised about that... I looked at the X-ray last night and I can see old damage but nothing new.....WTF! I have an MRI scheduled for when we get to NY at the VA clinic near the new place......

He told me to stop riding......ound: I told him I have already stopped doing part of my fun life because of this I am not about to just sit around and get fat.... we negotiated it to the point of I can ride but have to stop and rest every 45 minutes.. I don't even get an HOUR...but thats ok....at least I can still ride...
