I own an 86 VFR700 and am planning to do some past-due maintenance myself (carb cleaning, fluid/filter replacement, etc.) and was wondering which manual is the best (Haynes or Clymer)? My bike has been sitting for a couple of years and is running very rough. What all should I do to it in terms of maintenance, and what parts should I order? Also, what site is the best for parts in terms of price and quality? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Kurt.

Don't know about the Haynes maunals. The factory service manual is way better than the Clymer, there are some on EBay as we speak.
