Has anyone used both the genmar risers in combination with the heli bars for a 2002 vfr ? If so, what mods need to be done to cables and or the bike itself ? Thanks for helping in advance CIRV

I have helibars on my 05. I would say adding genmars as well will tighten the cables too much. The helibars take the cables out pretty much as far as they can go and are quite tight at full lock. You don't want them so tight they kink the line. That can lead to VERY BAD things. Like total brake failure. If you want more than the standard helibars give you you are probably better to use convertibars and replace the cables.
