Wow, what an awesome weekend. I was very tired so left the ride early on Saturday and napped a LOT!! I'm sure I missed some things. But it was great getting to see everyone again... we make our own little VFR commune once a year and everyone chips in to do their part. Great seeing the usuals and meeting the new ones. JTC, you should own a restaurant, you were awesome with your cooking and serving... all with a bum hand!! Thank you SilverSurfer for noticing the threads showing on my tires, and thank you SLOVFR, Reg71 and Teri for each of your parts in helping me get a new one!!

The ride back on Rossi's driveway and 58 was incredible... I just wish it wasn't drizzling and I didn't have a brand new tire so I could REALLY enjoy it!! It was great no matter what.

Also, thanks go to Crusty and JTC for taking time out of their ride to stop and take pics of all of us in that turn. Nice!!

Once again HUGE thanks to Reg and Terri for opening their home for another great R3!! It was great seeing everyone again and welcoming the new attendees to the group (Alex and Tony :thumb: and even Chris on the HD clone). I'm glad everyone made it home in one piece despite being a little cold and wet.

I managed to get home without getting soaked at all. Made one stop short of King City to put on the rain gear and it immediately stopped raining (figures)... Met up with Toxic on the road just outside of Solidad on 101 when the traffic came to a stand-still. About 8 CHP and Sheriff were on the side of the road with guns and rifles drawn and I thought is was a road block for Toxic! He made it through but I'm sure that puckered his checks a little... :heh:

On a side note; I made it back to the Bay Area on one tank of gas again! 219 miles @ 49 mpg and less than 4.5 gallons of gas!! This RWB rocks! eace:
