A V4 CBR from Honda? I'd love that as much as you 02 or anybody here on VFRW. But this is Honda...they do what they want, not what we want.

But I still want it

Honda does not like to loose period. It is still competitive with the I-4 but to win another championship, I think they will come out with a new V4 machine to get it done.

Wouldn't that make it a VFR with an uncomfortable seat?

I would say that another RVF is coming based on the trademark/patent protections that Honda recently filed. I'm not so sure that they'll be replacing the CBR with it. Either way, it's about time.

I am also impressed with Chaz D. But I've thought for a while now he is overdue for a breakout season.

As for penis size that's easy, my dick has all the point and shoot power of the RSV4 and yet is still able to carry impressive corner speed when necessary. I've been told it's uncomfortable to ride, but I can vouch for how easy it is for me to handle. It can shred rubber whenever I need it to.

What Honda needs to do is invent a V4 two stroke if they want to win. (IMO)

Chances are they never will. If they did they could probably run in those roundyround NASCAR things. ;)

For me, it's more like Fantasy Football, just trying to get close to how it's gonna go down, like picking football games...

I have heard there are Fantasy Motorcycle Racing leagues of various strips, but I've never looked into it.

Since this is a racing thread, I thought it apropos or germane to the conversation...

I did think MM could really show something, but I'm going to be interested to see if he can be consistent; he often showed speed, but could never do it for more then a couple races at a time.

Wasn't it ironic that all three bikes on the podium were European, all different, and not a Jap bike amongst them? If that keeps up; if Kawi doesn't get their Ninja working right for instance; gonna be a long year for the Jap boys, and I think someone (one factory or another) will start to really pull out all the stops. Likely to be Honda or Yamaha, given that Kawi is trying to figure out their new bike, and Suzuki isn't investing money in racing/motorcycles right now...

Fantasy football is too many times played by some lardass sitting nearby with half a load on and mustard drips on his shirt, screaming about if he were the QB the score would be 105 to zip in the first quarter.

Any resemblence to persons living or dead is not coincidental.

BB is mesing with you guys (and showing his age). Honda's NSR500 was a V4 two stroke! Joey Dunlop rode one at the Isle of Man.

02, it is my hope and prayer that with China tooling up and the need for cheap transportation the 2T will make a return. I think it will be only a matter of time before that engine gets another resugence. More power, less smoke due to direct injection and cleaner buring than a 4 stroke!

From a personal standpoint I can see nothing wrong with watching Beemers and Ape secure podium spots. Competition breeds innovation and the Japanese manufacturers aren't going to lay about and do nothing. I wouldn't be surprised to see the Yammies up there real soon

Sorry BZ but the Chinese and Maylasians may not care if they choke to death on bean oil fumes but the rest of the globe likes to pay at least lip service to being green. 2Ts at least in any sizable engine configuration are on the way out.

^^^ I know he is, honda has made a V-4, V-3 2 stroke as well as the beloved V-5 4 stroke.
they are working on getting the 2 stroke to pass emissions and get it certified.
