    Hey I just picked up a bike same year same colour, I'm in Shizuoka City. Where the heck is Ibaraki?

    Ibaraki is about an hour or so northeast of Tokyo, above Chiba and next to Tochigi and Fukushima. I actually spent quite a bit of time in Shizuoka during Golden Week last year, a little far but once I have my ETC up I'll be able to go muuuch further without breaking the wallet!

    I don't have that 1990 anymore though, I've got myself a new 800 :D

    my 2nd bike was an '86 vfr 400rr, the last one before honda came up with the single sided swingarm version. sold mine in '93 and miss it a lot. man, i would highly appreciate if you can post a picture of your bike.

    I can but it is a pile of parts right now in storage. I have been riding my NS400R 2 stroke V3 this year.

    Yes it is as cool as you think. I live in northern Japan and little or no traffic on the mt roads...NO cops to ticket you, go as fast as you can without hitting something. beautiful views every where. Riding season is April to November otherwise too much snow and it is freakin cold.

    how much would it cost to ship one of those V3 2 strokes here to the states??? Just the engine and electronics that is
