"Custom Exhaust" DIY on Ninja 250 (YIKES!)

and yeah thats a real shame what he did to that poor exhaust on that ninja...I bet the muffler jumped off in shame after being mounted to flexpipe.....WHf IS THAT GUY THINKING...I bet it was a hoax.

Yeah, I'm hoping he was just trying to be entertaining. If so, he succeeded, if not, I don't want to be riding behind him when stuff starts to shed off his bike.

As a former owner of that model, before I saw the bright, shining, VFR light, I know that Muzzy could have brought him to a hi-performance single exhaust goal. I really hope this is a hoax!

I looked at one of those exact mufflers when I was looking to replace the OEM disaster on my GT250R, but I found another manufacturer on ebay with a pipe that has a slightly bigger interior diameter that matched the existing header better.

Anyway, here's proof that you can attach an aftermarket generic muffler to a 250 without that much mess:

 

All I can say is, Look what happens when you don't use condoms... I'm a broke college student so I couldn't afford a nice staintune/twobrothers/yoshi etc. So I bought the 150 dollar delkevic slip-on. And you know what? it fits right, looks good, and sounds great.

 

Yep, I think being cheap had nothing to do with that disaster. Look at all the time and money he spent runnin around gettin the WRONG shit and trying to superglue it all together so it would work with fingers crossed. Coulda had a much nicer exhaust on that bike a lot quicker if he wasn't such a dumbass..

 

Well he's got nothing on MacGyver that's for sure. The tin can and flex pipe reminds me of the old days, yea..........................D-.

 

Anyone know where I can locate some of the drugs Skippi is on, he won't tell me...
