Brr, it was a cold 104 mile ride to get this picture:



Ok, New challenge...Your Bike parked in front of one of those mobile digital speed enforcement trailers while having a buddy make it display 70 miles+...I checked all of the challenges and didn't see this one.

 

hmm... not sure how to do this one.....

 

I guess you can leave out having your buddy speed, if you do you get +1 points.

 

this is funny.we have these stupid things all over the city around school zones..... when school is in session..... theya re working , right now they are just turned off

Here they have speeding cameras, but no display to show the speed you are going at. :-(

That's an awesome picture. Not to dampen your spirits but we have a hard enough time getting completed challenges and now you have further complicated the matter by forcing us to have someone else present to take the picture. How bout this. Bet smokey has a good picture of us speeding past him!

 

Yes it was cold, 32 degree air temp with a 25-30 wind and me doing 90 on the highway...I selfishly set this challenge for the US speed trailers and never really thought about anyone else in the world, sorry about that...let's open this up to any type of speed enforcement device, our speed trailers, Europe's speed cameras and what ever else they have out there.

For the Americans, it has to be one of these: http://farm3.static.flickr.com/2481/3837976842_c08275996a.jpg and for the europeans, it has to be a speed camera that someone burnt down...the picture has to have your bike in front of said device.

No one has to be speeding past anything.

 

I think JSzczesniak should get an honorible mention here, I would call will if he added a pic of the locked speed on the radar unit.

 

JSZ and Wrestler would need honorable mention for that pic actually. Dude, you mean to tell me ED got popped for speeding!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I say the highest speed display should win. Most of them around here are only setup in town at like 45mph anyway.

 

I know nothing to do with the contest, but I thought we needed some pictures. I took these with my cell phone camera. if you look close enough at the picture of my beach house....I mean the beach house the neighboring lot has a CANADIAN flag flying....WTF? freaking snowbirds I tell you......

 

We are taking over the world. Stay out of our way. Or you will end up enjoying poutine asnd saying "eh" while listening to the McKenzie Brothers singing the Twelve Days of CHristmas

 

I know these do not count. (No speed camera -just the sign; and/or no radar showing speed)



The cameras here are in the highway median, in a location where is impossible to stop without being run over by an eighteen-wheeler.

As crusty said, we just need more pictures.
Challenge is still on. Any takers?

come on kids, I know those things are everywhere in the states and especially those speed cameras in the UK and else where...

 

Yes that's true. But it's winter snowy here and the bike stays put. Plus I'm a pussy in the cold anymore.

 

It is one big construction zone all the way from Chilliwack to Vancouver where I work. And there are several of those speed reader boards out there. But no where to pull over. BTQ. Politicians removed the Photo Radar here about 6 years ago. We just have the photo intersection cameras. But get caught doing 40 km over the limit, and they can impound your vehicle for three days or so.

And yes Grey....you are a pussy. But every one likes a little pussie from time to time.
