F'n Buttcrust. Pulled a muscle in my pooper after that. He is lucky he was not hurt or I would have whooped his ass. After the drama it was a sweet ride and had the time of my life. Nothing beats good friends, beer , a fat ass ride and bullshiting. Sorry for the rest of you. Your loss........your fault pussies.

So here we are, it's Sunday morning, Long ditches us to go to church. Nothing like waking up to a casserole experiment by Reg in the oven, Starbucks coffee, and a nice Chelada to go with it. Be leaving soon, was a great time. Just one thing... Don't ever let Marrib touch your bike, especially when there is JB weld involved. Will post up some pics later tonight, but heres a great shot of me!!!

Universal truth

 

Silver surfer had the rear catch a screw and had to plug it twice on the way oot from Long's. Not his weekend but he is gonna have a new set of treads oot of the deal.

 

let me say that the bike stopped just short of going over a HUGE cliff.... okay it was about a 20 foot drop.

made it home okay the rearset didn't hold so I had to have my foot on the exhaust for the last 50 miles...... got in the door and have already planned the teardown and fixing

it was a good weekend and a fun ride( for the little bit that I did) hey it's the quality not the quantity... I got to have a few more icwe cold beers than everybody else .

Home... Yes, you read that right in TOE's post; I got ANOTHER flat tire just before the freeway leaving Long's house. The first plug style patch fell out after only 5 miles on he freeway. So here I am sitting on the side of the freeway watching TOE and Bweiss riding away in the distance. After staring at the tire for 3 minutes I had just bent over to try another plug when the sweet sound of 2 VFR's pulled up next to me going he wrong way on the freeway. :heh: So a new patch by TOE again... (I owe you BIG time TOE!) This one held all the way home. Thank you a million times TOE and Bweiss for watching after me. Thanks to everyone at Long's for a great time. Great food, great ride, great company! Rock on!! arty2::whoo:

 

Ah.. The loyalty to each other continues to shine. Only on VFRW folks. Only on VFRW. Toe and Bwiess, very good on you.

 

We are all vfr bretheren and wouldn't leave anyone behind. I'm just glad we all got home.

I've been home for a bit now, I hung with SS most of the way up I-5. Very long day. Felt much worse coming home rounding off mile #1100 or so for the weekend. Got really cold and windy the last leg home, but the bike is back in storage safe and sound, just a little bit worse for wear.

Great weekend guys, couldn't have been the same without you. Thanks for hosting the event long and the ride up and down Palomar was spectacular.
