Hey why do you think towing another vehicle with a motorcycle is weird. You have never seen that before? I had an old 81 GoldWing with tow package that I used to go to rallies - lots of people with bikes tow stuff to rallies with their motorcycles. I have pulled cars out of ditches with my GoldWing. I do not know what you find weird, bad or dumb about using a bike to tow stuff - pertty sane and normal to me.

It's not towing the jet ski that presents a problem. It's trying to stop with all that weight with stock brakes especially at speed. One word comes to mind.... stupid!

Those retrievers have their own brakes and have maximum speed while towing is 20 miles per hour. Still not to smart.

 

:doh: I could have towed my race bike w/ my street bike to the races.

 

Towing a Jet Ski around a flat parking lot for the novelty of it isn't really a big deal. It's trying to get it to the lake that way which would be :crazy:. I tow my SeaDoo around with an SUV, and I think I'll stick with that.

Anyone who rides like that last guy must really have a death wish...

 

That guy has big NUTS. probably some stoli in his veins too. I particularly like how he puts it up riding against traffic!!!

 

That guy will be nothing but a greasy spot on someone's hood shortly. He will probably kill someone's mother or father or child and get off with only a slight injury. At that point I would suspect the surviving family members to find him and shove what's left of his bike up his ass. and then kill him.. twice...

 

That looked like a pretty normal morning commute. Got bills to pay, can't be late for work.

I think his nuts actually came through my monitor and hit me in my forehead.

 

I dont have much time or money for other amusement. so i do what I can.

 

Towing it actually did much better than i thought it would, though it was at a slow speed.

It would work if it were a smaller jetski. thought the boat launch would have to be sement and at a somewhat steep angle.

oh, ya. having 500 lbs (or 1k in this instance) would definatly need trailer brakes if you were doing it on a regular basis.
