    Saw this online today WOW!!!
The original front fender was better though. It was chrome too.
Rear disk brake would be better also.

HONDA is going to produce the HONDA CB750 again exactly as it was.
    A smart move.

Now they should get on board with this machine again the CB450 with torsion bar valve springs.
    Fuel injection ok to.

Here is one to add to the wish list - Honda's prototype CB1100R-1. It's not a V-Four but it is a thing of beauty.

Honda should do with the cb750 what triumph did with the bonneville. Make a classic looking bike, but hide fuel injection inside what looks like the old carbs, along with a couple other modern amenities.

    I agree.

Also those older bikes had a center stand. Makes it easier to work on.
It had kick start AND electric start.
Easy to work on because of the double loop cradle frame.
There is no reason to wrap the frame all around the engine.
Analog guages -no stupid expensive electronic gameboy pod.

Of course but when it needs a part it will be $500.
I do not know any working people that can afford those kind of prices.

The only problem with the old CB750 was that the engine was/is a PIA to get out of the frame. Other than that, it was simple to work on; none of the electronic junk they have on bikes today. Makes me want to go work on mine in the garage! :party2:

Not seein' it either place. Probably not headed stateside anyway. We're not getting the 1100 so why would they grace us with a 750? (Would just make too much sense.)

NO FOOL INJECTION!!!! sorry. Please no fuel injection. The Triumphs came right out of the box with carburetor maladies, you had to at least drain the bowls and sometimes do a service on a brand new bike out of the box!!! I would still take a Bonneville with carbs over FI bike anytime though. Speedmaster had a tough look imho...

Two cylinders with fuel injection, two with carburetors. That should make everyone happy.

    Great idea! In keeping with current trends, we'll use a switch to select different performance modes;

    1. Under-carbureted
    2. Over-carbureted
    3. Too damn lean
    4. Too frickin' rich
    5. Random and strange fueling issues
