Posted up in a true blue shit hole, Hot Springs South Dakota. Into Colorado in the morning on the way to Veagas. A quick stop to drink Tinks beer on the way and then pound oot some miles. Rushmore was sweet, well worth the ride. The Crazy Horse monument is a major let down but still worth a look.

I peed myself, the wife had to finish reading the list of fireworks.

TC and I discussed that a little this morning. As luck would have it I think I fried my R/R yesterday while up in Deckers. I can't even ride over to your place for a hello to your wife and my kids.

 

She gave me a set to. Me and Toxic drinking Tinks beer on his porch.

 

Tough day, left South Dakota and landed in Grand Junction. Nice day for a ride. Toxic rode like a beat dog all day until Colorado and then after the border it was just like California, 85+ bumper to bumper.The love letter the Wyoming CHP wrote him left him a bit shattered. He is better now.

 

Truth be told it was a sweet day until the city of evil, Denver. Dressed warm until Denver and stopped to take off cold weather gear, 26 miles later. DOOM.

 

Rained on us until Grand Junction. Stopped twice to give Toxic an oot but he was down with the ride. 39 degrees at the summit and a zero visibility. Was an awful ride but needed to make the distance.We did luck oot and it ws bone dry for the ride through the canyon. An E ticket ride for that. Off to the North Rim in the morning.

 

I don't always remember saying the things that Toe quotes.
I might cut back on the alcohol.

 

Going to have problems posting from here on oot, Toxic noticed my laptop looked thirsty, 1/2 gallon of cranberry juice later it is toast.

 

Was there any vodka in that cranberry juice?

 

most likely gin, unless gin is banned in whatever state they are in now...
