wow, where to start... Ok, take a deep breath... Let's see if I can remember what I have on mine:

steel braided brake lines from galfer
racetech internals in front forks with gold valves
4g clipons and also heli bars that I swap back and forth
    cigarette lighter
    k&n reusable air filter
    penske rear shock
    power commander
    2 bros slip on
hugger (prob gonna pitch this one as I hate it)
    trim fender (easy first mod)
little pseudo carbon fiber bits here and there
givi wingrack and hard bags for packing up for a week
givi windshield for touring that I swap on and off
cheap throttle lock for wrist rest
    cramp buster for same

ok, there are probably some more, but that gives you some ideas...

for more evtreme ideas you should look at Toro's 5th gen. It's orange, you can't miss it. Also who is it that has the really nice white one...damn, I can't remember but someone around here will... Those are very nice 5th gens. Mine is a bit more of a work bike than a show bike...

Oh yeah, I for got. I have a Sargent seat.

Also the really sharp white bike is Safe-T. But I don't think the OP ever came back anyway...

    :)

    Hi there,

I am a big fan of moving the exhaust up so you can see the rear wheel.

Hence I think a high rise exhaust is really a nice mod.

I am still sourcing where to get the gear but I love VFRs that show the rear wheel.

Keep in mind if you put a higher exhaust on your bike you will have problems

when trying to use soft saddlebags. Also, I just don't get it . . . what is so

endearing about seeing a rear wheel? I know, I know, . . . "eye of the beholder" etc.

The answer is a slight bit more complicated than it seems. If you are a normal every day street rider, get a Sargent seat & any quality muffler & you will be happier with a 5th Gen VFR than just about any bike out there. If your tastes lean towards track riding or you're a poseur that only rides on Saturdays with perfect weather, then your mods would be very much different.

    We need more info.

    KC-10 FE out...
