Almost 200 miles on my vf1000R chopper.
Starting to understand how it is supposed to sound.

Donald - did you get your gearing issue straightened out? At last check, you said you were ordering a smaller rear sprocket. I think it was a 37T. Are there any other gremlins that you're working on?

The 37 tooth sprocket was perfect. I can cruise at low rpms at 65 mph and first gear is not to high.
I put two shims on the slide needles and fattened up the midrange. Pulls like a freight train.
After I put the second shim on the needle, no matter how fast or hard I turned the throttle it would not hesitate !

I have H-D Dyna mufflers and foam air filter.

    I think I am done.
