MY 2001 VFR has a snatchy throttle response anywhere below 3000 RPM, runs lean to the point it stumbles until 6000-6500 RPM at which point it takes off and runs fine. Only mods are a Two Brothers slip on. I've checked the starter valves, pair etc. but haven't dived into the electronic components yet. No fun to ride at this point. Any ideas as to what this could be.

Try changing the clutch fluid, perhaps your chain and sprockets are worn too?

I'm sorry, snatchy may have been the wrong word. The throttle response is abrupt and runs it rough at lower RPM's, like a cammed up race engine. It's an injection issue not drivetrain. Maybe that's how they run but I don't think so.
