So I get home at 03:30 and say to myself, "Randy you old fugger. Why don't you pull out the laptop and check the weather for your ride to work Satuday?" So I did. I am depressed now and have to take pills. So I talk to myself some more and say , "That isn't enough Randy. Check the satelite pix." And be damned if I just don't go and do that too. And what do I learn. I am no longer depressed cause there is one big damned fucking system out south of the Allutians that is likely to in some part, hit ole Chilliwack but what the fuck. I leave this coming Monday for Cal - ee - for - ni - eh. Maybe they will get enough rain here to wash some of tha cow shit into the ground that they are spreading in the fields near my house.

Git down go crickety rotten sock stew with fermented peaches.

I think I need a count in 46 font.... Long.

Safe journey to everyone as we come together to celebrate the Church of the V4! May everyone arrive safely, swiftly and without citations... May our steeds and our minds preform flawlessly with clear roads and clear thoughts. May this week go by quickly and the sun shine on us this coming weekend so we may enjoy the twisted road... V4!!!

Have a good trip. I thought I should remind you as you got off easy last time, the CHP is hurting for money so don't be in too big a hurry. We'll wait for you. They are not out to get you, they are out to save their jobs. I just got back from a trip up to Oakland, and I saw many of them on the roads and most of them had someone pulled over or were strategically placed to get someone. I was always doing about 10 over and didn't get pulled over, but I have heard that they are stopping people for less than 10 over at times now so I'm not recommending speeding by much.

Okay guys, I have been playing around on google maps trying some routes. I have 3 alternates to the original route we usually do. The range from 4 hours to 6 hours. These are all mostly inland and avoiding Hwy 1 near Big Sur which will undoubtedly be kinda crowded for the holiday. All of them have quick outs to the Hwy if time gets close and we need to slab it back for the BBQ except for one. One is East and slightly south, one is south and west to the beach, and one is north. All three have a decent food stop at the end. I really have no preference. I haven't done any of the three this year so they'll be new to me. I am kind of leaning towards one that goes into the mountains just a little but I don't want to firm up any plans until we are all together and can argue about where we want to go.

I know my opinion doesn't count anymore, being a total loser and all...

It's going to be mid-70's, but only inland. I'd be down for a nice long day of riding. How about burgers at Harris Ranch?
Would be a little more scenery and less technical then the usual rides, but we should stay casual with our riding since it is a holiday.

Reggie maybe a 58 to coalinga to parkfield loop? (As long as we pull in to Tobin James or Firestone as our last stop)

    CLICK THE LINK FOO

Be about 7 hours with lunch and shenanigans though. I'm sure we could trim some return time out if we need to.

I'm down for whatever (minus the cold coast and being a hood ornament on someone's car)

that was on one of the routes I was looking at. There are also Friday afternoon rides if anyone wants. I may send out separate groups depending on what people feel like. We could also ride down to slow and cruise through town like a biker gang and rev our engines. haha. Maybe we should all show up at one of the local dealers or cyclegear just for the hell of it. It'd be good for their business...
