Yah, I was going to surprise everyone.

No new bike yet. The VFR was easy to tuck away, but a GS Adventure can't be wedged in the garage now that Rich's Red Rocket is parked in there. And everything went downhill after I sold the VFR anyways, so my 2010 purchase is going to be more like a 1st quarter FY2011 purchase. My uncle works at a Harley dealer in Indiana that just picked up BMW. So it'll be a fun ride back to Cali when the time comes.

I need to pull a set out tires out of my ass this week or next so the XX can nab the title of most scratched up bike from you. I'm still using tires from the last hyper run (and the trip to new york), so they don't exactly grip anymore.

Rich is off Saturday, so count on the K bike making an appearance too.

 

Dan, i've got a good front tire i'll let go cheap. I can mount it too. Bring me the wheel.........

 

looks like it may be a wet departure for the nor cal crew...does anyone know an anti rain dance?

Ok, if its raining in NCal, I'm not coming up there and riding down with Randy on Thurs. Screw that!!! I'll just wait it out a bit and ride over on Thurs or Friday with MrDen. This is re-donk-ulous

 

Forecast thru friday shows rain thru thursday, but none on friday. Good call reg, i've been bugged about leaving on thursday so much i thought i was actually leaving that day!

But it all remains to be seen as even the 3 day forecast has been quite inaccurate lately.


Edit: It still shows rain in stockton on friday.

 

This side of NorCal looks wet as well.
Just have to wait and see.

I may get to try out my rain gear.

 

the rain is slacking off on Friday morning in the Bay Area so it should be gone. the forecast says rain for Atascadero on Friday... :doh: Come on, it's darn near June!!
