Looks to me like that cop was a bit trigger happy! Dude on the bike was completely chilled out just watching the other cop screw around with his buddy.

Wonder what kind of justice will be dealt out here?

hardly any justification for being shot there. Now I guess we need to wear bulletproof vests as well?

I wonder if Fieldsheer would consider building them into their gear?

That's in my state about 100 miles from me. Damn I'm staying out of Toledo. That cop had no reason to shoot from what I saw!! I hope other Ohio cops see this and think twice about shooting motorcyclists. Especially the one riding a Grey VF750F!

A couple of things overlooked. I agree the shooting looks bad and may very we BE bad but: The two bikers appear to be wearing outlaw biker gang colors on their jackets, the guy's buddy apears to be leading the other officer closer to the guy who eventually got shot...why? ambush? Also, the guy does look like he is messing around with something near his waistband with his right hand instead of keeping his hands visible...why? Most guys put their hands on the handlebars when stopped. Just pointing some things out that may not be obvious. Either way...these guys were assh0l$ and took off instead of stopping. Not saying they should have been shot for it at all...but then again, had Rodney King just stayed in his car...that whole thing never would have happened either.

I can't buy into speeding from what I see, last Harley I rode did about 25mph in first gear (yes it made alot of noise), I don't see any form of running he was completlly stopped in about 11 seconds or less. His friend has had all charges dropped (why) I'd guess no speeding and running could be proved, just a excuse to try to get out of a bogus shooting. I hope that cop does time in general population.
