No insult but you came to mind when I was watching that.

 

Made perfect sense to me. But then i just polished my shoes.

 

The "waxing a flaming pontiac with your tongue" part.

 

So is spit shining like waxing a Pontiac with one's tongue? Sounds as easy as fallin off a log, err bike..
