Found these at a BSA/Triumph swap meet I was a a week ago.... They are nice, solid aluminum and convex to give a more than spot sized view... I covered one of the stock mirror mount bolt holes with a pair of GSXR turn signal/mirror block off plates - I figure the one bold will hold the fairing fine... It's taking a little getting used to looking that low for the behind-me-info but pretty quickly adapting... View is good, can see all lanes and *zero* elbow :)

(ignore the C-clamp on the right side, the ballast box for my HID's came loose - gorilla glue to the rescue!)

It's a little rough, but I wouldn't say it looks bad. My mirrors drive me nuts, too. I might join you eventually.

Dude, are your headlight lenses painted red?

Perforated red vinyl overlay, blocks about 4% of the light output (Not a big deal with the HID's) and *seriously* reduces your reflectivity of LIDAR gun signature (they generally aim for the headlight) ;)

Are you still happy with bar-end mirrors?
It goes without saying they give you a wider view, right?
I'm thinkinng of adding just one, on the left side. Gonna shop for a small unobtrusive one, try it on a long trip I'm taking.

Yea, took a couple of days to get to looking that far down and since they are 'fish-eye' lenses things are smaller/closer than they appear so it's harder to tell if that white car back there is a cop but I'm happy enough with them to be not actively looking for a different solution...

This is an idea I have played with for a while now. Still not sure I want to do it, but still thinking about it.
