    Nice. I love reading the old magazines on these bikes. Thanks for posting the link/pdf file. If anybody knows of a website that has more of these, I'd love to know. I just wish Britain's Motorcycle News had the entire issue in PDF format.

    they claimed it was a lucky launch, and the rest weren't anything like that (and they burned through one clutch trying)...

    I'm just amazed at it being a "light" bike for the time. Mine feels like a heavy pig. At least, when I compare it with the HawkGT my wife rides. Then, it does weight 25% more than the hawk. But it's WAY faster in a straight line. It's just odd hearing stuff reserved modern superbikes being used with these. I guess they were the superbikes of their time.

    Thanks read it then showed and read by son who rides mine most often. He even passed his test lasst year on it while a bunch of HD boys waited for the scooter guy LOL

    Excellent article. I always wanted a 1986 VFR. Although I am happy with my 2001, there is something about the 86. It just looks right.
