I finally got back on the VFR today!
I have had the bike on battery tender since 11-20-09.
Rode 50+ miles over Shady Valley. 32 degrees, with drizzle, on the back of the mountain. Clean asphalt, snow on both sides of road. 40 degrees at the house.
    Bring on spring!

There were tons of riders out here, too, but I was in a cage! Ugh, I drove to a trailhead and took an awesome hike, though. I wanted to ride, but I would have had all my gear on, and I didn't want it getting stolen, but it sure was a beauty day... 60+ degrees at the coast and the sun reflecting off the pacific like jewels glittering on the waves.

I know what you mean...I've been riding for weeks now and It's been in the low 30's-40's and rain but I just can't stay off the bike. I get all kinds of looks (a lot for people wearing harley shirts). I guess people around here just didn't think motorcycles will run unless it's mid 70's and sunshine.
