    I'm still waiting to get served papers to appear and make a statement. I did however talk to my insurance lady who talked to the lawyer. She said his lawyer advised him to take the settlement and he declined. the state farm lawyer thinks with the lack of case my neighbor is now going to get nothing. either way they said my home owners insurance isn't going up one penny. state farm is awesome!
