    Hello all,

Long time lurker, first time poster (be gentle).
I'm based in the UK and we've had some real nasty weather recently and the local authority in their infinite wisdom decided not to salt my local roads. This culminated in a low speed drop of my 03 whilst filtering.

I smashed my mudguard (already got one from ebay) and some superficial surface scrathes to my left and upper cowling.
I'm not totally amazed by the OEM silver so was thinking of going for a different colour scheme.

I really like the 09 gunmetal colour with the gold wheels, does anyone know the color code?

Ouch! That stinks! I hope your bodily parts are all undamaged and fully functional. Can you please translate for the unenlightened colonials what "filtering" means?

Alack and alas, I can't help with the color scheme you are planning. Best of luck; it sounds awesome.

    Ride safe, have fun,
    Bob S.

we don't have that edition here in the united states, but that looks like "sword silver". if it is, i believe the code is NHA-95B.

Hi Bob, yeah i was fine thanks.

Just lost the front wheel on some ice at about 10mph, bike slid away from me, no cracks or breaks of the expensive plastics :).

I think its called "lane splitting" in the US and i believe its illegal? One of my main reasons of having a bike in london is to be able to cut out the traffic by riding between the cars.

Thanks sound wave, looks like you have the colour based on your avatar! just ordered some clear lenses all around too to bring the bike up to date!
Just need the colour code for the wheels now.... i believe the 09 HRC fireblade has the same coloured wheels. bling bling.

hmm... the site i got the first code for the silver paint said: NHA95B

the second place i went, the code was the same except the last letter was different: NHA95M

so, i don't know which one is right. but yeah, i believe the bike in the pic you posted is the same color as the 08 as in my avatar.
