will anniversary hugger fit 98 model?

hi all . can anyone tell me if an anniversary hugger will fit my vfr800fi-w.98 model?
I'm new to biking(passed test march 09) so would appreciate the advice.cheers.

 

If by anniversary you mean the red and silver monstrosity, then yes, it's the same bike...

 

Here we go again bagging the best looking graphics ever put on a Honda.
I suppose you reckon Hailwood's RC174 was butt ugly too?

 

Aw, did I hurt your feelings ? Serves you right. The anni is honking. Now, the 50th anniversary Russell Savory ones, now they were nice.....

 

A less abrasive answer would be something like this: Any part from 1998-2001 should fit. Parts from 2002 through 2009 go together.

I agree about the anniversary,awful paint job. Mines in red;the best colour by far.
