Same here in Aus. You'd get laughed at and told to go away.

I had a neighbour piss me off once. So I bought one of those Universal Remote Controls and just randomly turned his TV off from time to time over a 6 month period. Drove him insane! LOL. He eventually sent it away to be repaired and it came back with a hefty repair bill. Gave me imense satisfaction. Good thing is he doesn't know you're doing it, and is very hard for you to be cuaght, plus if you got caught, nothing would happen becuase your not really committing a crime. He eventually gave his TV away and bought another one.

I wonder if dog biscuits are made of dogs? ....and on that same note, WTF ever happened to Go for a ride?

Now I'm wondering if those universal remotes can be tuned to garage door openers?

Pretty ballsy thing to say. I have no idea what might happen now. Good thing I have extra tinfoil hats.

+1 on the remote. Fack I laughed at that one. I love it. That idea is going to be the subject of a briefing note at our pre shift briefing today at work.

Please stop this insanity. You've got all the little voices in my head screaming at the top of their lungs. It's deafening.

you just need your new HID headlights to swing accross his window when he's trying to watch something on TV, dont kill his yard......there are other alternatives. doing any damage to or be the cause of damage to any property is a fellony, it doesnt matter where you live for that one. if it gets cold there, then a spritzer bottle of water to his house locks works, adding random padlocks to gates (as long as he can get away in an emergancy), get a copy of the zone plan for your area and if the fence is on your property - remove it. (if he wants the fence there then he can build one on his property) make sure you do not have a nuisance law then hold a neighborhood pig roast (jist is get everybody together and have a large party, dont extend an invite to him. see if he just shows up, at that point you could have him removed for tresspassing..... there are ways to be petty, and they do make you feel better just thinking about them, even if you dont do them.

Now, We have a border collie on our family farm. they are an average of 80lbs but they can get bigger (depends on the mix as there is no pure bred) they have sharp long teeth and will make you go where they think you need to go, if they want you to move. they posess a intelligence quotiant compareable to most humans (though have been known to be more on par with first year university students). Very territorial and agressive, they do not back down often, they own the humans/animals in their care.

these are not "show" dogs like rottwielers or pit-bulls, they are work dogs and they can do a lot of damage in a short time. And dont mock the poodle, they are just a mean as any other dog, they just get bad hair cuts.

Yep, no police report b/c no laws were broken and they consider it a civil matter. What's funny to me is it sounds like he is at fault. If he was in his house and then came outside when he saw your dog pooping in the yard, he chose to leave a safe position inside the house. Seems like negligence on his part.

Moreover, if he ran towards the dog yelling, he probably frightened the dog and everyone knows a frightened animal is not a good thing to be around if you can help it. Finally, unless he has a report from the paramedics who showed up that that scratch was caused by the dog, best of luck to him. A bite, probably much easier to prove it came from an animal. A scratch? He could have gotten that anywhere.

State Farm will probably cover the defense fees, but no fees if you want to counter-sue for your time, etc. Unfortunately, because of the amount, you can't settle it in small claims court where you don't need a lawyer. If the judge throws it out as frivolous or something, you may file an additional suit for lost time, depression, etc., for 5K, or whatever the limit for your small claims in your state is.

But, you can dump some paint stripper on his vehicles, squirt epoxy in his door locks, etc. Tons of little annoying things you can do. The unfortunate things is you have to be neighbors. If he's an old, retired guy, place any adds for funeral homes or grave plots in his mailbox.

Also, put up a No Trespassing sign in your yard. That way if he comes into your yard, it's criminal and you can call the police.

Anything you'd care to share about salami or pepperoni or do we have to go to one of those damned Ducati BB's?
