Ok, I got out for a little over 100 miles today. The weather was pretty decent. Mostly mid 60s, but dropped to high 50s when sun tucked in behind clouds for a bit. Felt chilly after the sun had been shining down on me.

    Here are a few pics:

this next one is right by the entrance to the Pozo ORV area that I like riding dirtbikes and camping at.

And then about 50 miles out, I turned left onto Bitterwater Rd. There's not much out there. Cows and plains. Windmills, grass, rocks, wide open spaces.

That's it. I didn't stop after this photo. The sun had tucked in behind a big fluffy cloud, and I felt the air chill immediately. It wasn't freezing, but I decided to quit farting around and get home to grab some lunch.

    Until next time...

Now them's my kinda roads Reg.
Scenic lonely winding ribbons of flowing near billiard table smooth asphalt.
Nothing around but you, your machine, and your thoughts. Pure motorcycling bliss.

Glad to see you're putting those old mirrors to good use.

Anything really jumping out at you yet in your design sketches for the bike's new paint scheme?

Wish I could get out that much. Most I have gotten is a few minutes around town lately. Oh well, spring is on it's way. After 3 more months of snow...

tell ya what, drew. here's how much I think of you. you come on down and visit, and you can ride Scratch all around as much as you want. I ain't riding bitch, though. Maybe I could borrow a bike from Tori since all he does is wash them and look at them.

I wondered how long before someone said that when I looked back through those pics.
