pin stripes

anyone coordinate pinstripes to match the color of their bikes . i have a '00 yellow with the stock black wheels. a sargent seat with yellow piping is in the works but the wheels look bland. has anyone seen pinstriping (esp yella) on the vfr wheels? input appreciated.

I just put "rim tape" on my red '98 & think that it looks great. I went to a place that sells auto pin stripe tape. I got it in a red very similar to the bike & it cost me AU $11.- for 50 mtrs... yeah a little bit left over :biggrin: It breaks up the wheels but picks up the color of the bike at the same time.

 

I have purple pin stripe (reflective) on my 98 with Y2K Yellow....looks great!

 

and...matches my Purple Iridium windscreen...check out my avatar!

I like the reflective too! All my bikes have had reflective pin striping!
