Likewise Randy is one cool guy and one of those days I'm gonna go to those SLO meetups so that can I meet him plus derstuka, reg71, SilverSurfer, Toe Cutter, ScubaLong, and for NorcalBoy I'm bringing a gun. ha ha ha!!! Right now money's tight for me and the gas alone just to make the 2,500 mile one-way trip would kill me. I looked into the airplane option but they got this annoying policy against putting your bike in the overhead container... bastards.

This forum is very cool too thanks to Michael for starting this. I wouldn't have met with some great guys to ride with including GeorgiaRider, Park800, Matt1986VF500F, mtlovesst, Rollin_Again and many more new future fellow riders! Plus there's a lot of great technical info/advice!

Ooops... and I forgot the great and humble Bubba Zanetti, what a nice guy! I still use your advice about not fighting the bike in curves, I can go much faster now!

And RVFR.... the stache rules all... 'nuff said!

1st: All SLO riders and every member who has made it out to SLO.
2nd: jasonsmith & NorCal Boy, 1st members I met here a few years ago while attempting to dial in "stock" suspension on my 6th gen.
3rd: All the late nighters/graveyarders who make work bearable. (you know who you are)
4th: east siders and south siders, some of which I feel like I've known forever without having ever actually met...
5th: jamiedaughtery... That boy is as sharp as they come.
6th: Drewl and Reg for saving the world one PT at a time.
7th: all the LEOs who have given me a break, because I wear the same badge, although I play for a different team.
8th:to all those who sent PMs, e-mails, or made phone calls to have me banned. (mission accomplished)

I was nervous about so many things when I went on my first big vfrworld event.
Never rode that far before so I was nervous bout that.
Never went to any of big event before, let alone one on vfrworld.
And I hadn't talked to you alot before I showed up at your house, I was hoping I was welcome there. Everyone else knew eachother already.

It took about 5 minutes of hanging out with Long at his house, and all that nervousness went away. I said it once, I will say it again, what a gracious host. Made me feel welcome from the time I arrived, tired and sore and needing a beer, to the time I left...vacation was awesome, time to go home. God I didnt want to go home. Funny as hell too, you are a crack up dude.
You are a genuinly nice person, and I am a better human for having met you. Thanks long. Will be there next year for sure.


And yes I am still trying to find you an iPhone, bitch

 

I would like to say thank you to all our military service members who have volunteered to defend our country and my not be here for the Holiday season:usa2:. That Crazy cunuck Randy for makeing me laugh. Bitterpil for being a stark raveing Redskins fan. IM'ing him while the Skins are playing (loseing) is a hoot. In today's world where it seems hate and war rein supreme, I'm glad there's a place where good people, good info and good times can be had without too much :bs: There are so many people on the list I'd be typing forever. I'll just hit the top one's like Michael for a great site... Reg71, stuka and WhiteKnight for bringing the hammer down on those that deserve it and keeping this place a little loose around the edges... anyone who has either given or taken advice... And of course Cundalini for starting up this great thread!

I would also like to thank all the other members here who contributed to the Tiger, and many other re-dinkulous threads here that have sucked hours of my life only to leave me crying laughing and unable to read the next post for fear I may soil myself. That and all the friendly (most of the time) and helpfull advise are the reasons I joined this forum. Of course a big thanks to Michael for making all this possible, and (really streaching now), I suppose I should thank whomever originally thought up the VFR. Without that Honda employee, who knows what all us 'tards would be doin?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!!?
