**BUYER BEWARE ** Foster Rad Exhaust

My guess is that the two good doctors are making so much money that they needed a tax shelter of some sort..so why not go into business together and open up an Internet company... being the "middle man" for an out of country product....its easier to deal with someone stateside rather than across the water( I bet this was a selling point to the manufacturer that they used) they probably have made a little bit of money at this and are slipping in the customer service department now that they have been "at the grindstone" for a few years...
Maybe they should do us all a favor go back to medicine....become silent partners in the company....hire someone that gives a shit about how HE looks to the public and sit back and enjoy retirement.

 

I can not believe Foster Rad still jurking Toe cutter around. He sure have a lot of patient.

It is closer to twenty in the box and packaging. Foster RAD sent the call tag with the weight on it and unless UPS verifies it at some point he got over on them as well.

Well UPS tried to deliver but no one was there to sign for it.......I am just gonna shit myself if they can't deliver it after all this. Another attempt will be made Friday.

 

You've got to be shitting me.... How the hell can you have a business but not have anyone there at all to receive a freaking package, let alone a business that deals with shipping items to customers? It makes a lot of sense now why nobody would ever answer a phone and you always would get voicemail.

I guarantee someone from Foster is monitoring this thread... If anyone of them have any sense at all (which is highly doubted amongst the members of this forum) the will use the info you posted and make sure someone is there to receive the package. Seems to me they would have alrealdy done that though with the tracking number and known when it was going to arrive.

There are many, many small and medium size businesses going under these days due to circumstances beyond their control (aka our government). Yet douchebag companies like this just keep rolling along. There's just no justice, man. :frown:

 

I sent Foster RAD 's e-mail address to UPS so tracking info is being sent to them . I would think between all the information linked to them they must know it is trying to be delivered. WTF?

 

Did Foster get a RMA (Return Material Authorization) from the exhaust company? If there is no return authorization from the them then a lot of companies would refuse shipments; otherwise everyone would send their stuff back to them and expect refunds. In your case you DESERVE a refund! If Foster did take care of business then it could be sent back to you or the original address which might be FosterRad since they ordered the pick up! You better get on them to figure this out and get it delivered.

 

Foster RAD sent a call tag for it and it was mailed to Foster RAD not Laser. They must have been MIA when the UPS guy showed up.
