I SUCK! I'm that guy that for B-day's and X-mas's gets people gift cards! Not because I'm lazy or anything, or don't want to shop for a gift, just because that's what I would want. So for Long's raffle thingy I thought, I'll take a ride to cycle gear and pick up a giftcard. So I get there and I'm thinking if I can't find anything for a bunch of Honda VFR owners, a GIFTCARD it is!!! Well, I found something.. The moral of the story? The one time I actually go to get a giftcard, I actually leave with something! Is that a moral?? Guess not, but thanks for listening :biggrin:

Packing my stuff up right now, I have to work tomorrow but am off at 2:30pm in the Temecula area so not that far from Long's. I'll leave straight from work so I should be there around 3:30pm. See you guys there... eace::thumbsup:

Saturday Night

I had the pleasure of joining Long's BBQ last night... THAT was a fun time :thumbsup: I was greeted at the garage (full of VFR's, sexy thing to see) by Drewl and Reg... found my way to the bbq, where a VERY drunk ToxicShock was waiting to say hello (SUPERLACUS!!!) Met a handful of the guys I've gotten help from on-site... Had some of the most amazing tri-tip and sausages ever :biggrin:

Hopefully someone gets those pix posted up soon I just know we all had a great time... the raffle was entertaining (Bruce, did you thoroughly enjoy your prize later? LMAO)

Gonna have to coordinate with Derstuka and Long, and do a ride sometime with Crusty... But I'm definitely gonna be swingin by this gathering from now on! For all you still there, ride home safe, and rubber side down

 

glad you had fun Pyro...I sorry I had to miss this one... come on up the coast..I'm only 96 miles from LA....

got home safe and sound an hour ago. left long's place with reg, drew and chris(ts) to meet john and chris(K) in long beach. after a short stop to chat, we parted ways. It was a GREAT WEEKEND! Fun rides, good food, GREAT FRIENDS! Thanks to Long for being a generous host!
