Epiphone Les Paul 100 Electric Guitar

Ok tonight I was bored and decide to check my crieglist in Boston and I found this guitar. The owner was nice and had too many guitars and did not haggle on price.
I don't know if he knew (could be not original owner) but I did a serial search and this guitar and it was made in 1999 in Korea. This is outstanding guitar in terms of fit and finish and tune sustain.Even playing unplugged it has great sound.
New one cost 300 but they are made in China with lesser quality material. This guitar is a jewel.
Anyway thought to share my excitement.

Main difference between my Dean guitar and this is great low, deep sound that I never experienced on any guitar previously. It suits me fine since I am in blues mode now.
Anyway guys check your criglists you'll never know what you'll find.

that's sweet. I'd be willing to give you $80 plus shipping for that. I was learning on my stepsons elec but I got tired of fixing it after the kids got done playing with it and broke strings or got it out of tune again or messed up pickups etc etc...

    nice Les Paul Knock-off.
w/ the stop tail I'm thinking you will get some pretty good sustain.
Might be worth a trip to the local Guitar Nerd to do a setup ....you might fall in LOVE......

    PS:
push / pull on any of those knobs?

Looks like the guitar is pretty decent in terms of set up.I tried all the strings and frets for buzz and only low E if I hit it hard but that's normal.I know its a knock-off but plays awesome without shelling 2k+ for the genuine Gibson. The material is pretty remarkable in quality.Beautiful rosewood fret board and solid maple body.I am already in love.I drove my wife crazy cracking this up to late hours.
I am working on original composition and I will post soon...:biggrin:
