    It would be cool if you were a collector or a poser, but the thing is basically a minibike. But you better hurry, or you're gonna get shut out of the calender this year.

    I spent about a year in the mid ninties riding a CBR 400RR, which at the time was offered as the IL4 alternative to the NC30/45 V4's.
    dimensionally thesewere prettty similar bikes and actually rode quite alike.
    [IMG]

    at 5'10" it was OK for me. she was a small beast (they put the 250IL4 in the same chassis for the jap market) and yes very light. it did feel alot like you were riding a 250 but the 400 engine was quite power full, comparable to a mid 80's 550. it like to be reved good & hard tho, i think the redline was up around 16K.

    on the good side;

    light, fast(comparatively), nimble,low insurance, sporty,great in the corners

    on the minus side

    small....no 2 up here, luggage...all you can carry,on yourself, uncompromising
    ride(stiff)-uncomfortable after an hour, boring on straights.

    so i imagine the RVF 400 to be very similar

    so to put it all into perspective just keep one eye on this...

    :thumbsup:....:cool:

    Definitely a pocket rocket. Those a cool. Love to have one for the track. To small for a street bike of any kind except a play toy rocket in the corners. Kick ass at the Dragon for sure.
