Hey, I don't think it's rigged. My buddy only put in for it twice and got picked on the second time. It's just the luck of the draw. Put in for it and see what happens. What do you have to lose?

 

do you have to put in every month or just once???

 

By looking at the requirements you have to enter once each month. It doesn't say when each month so I figure as long as you enter within the calender month then your name is eligible.
