You fuggers......tried the foot today it's not ready. DAM! I want to ride..the weather is good the roads are clean and you bastages are riding up stream this weekend. That is such a great ride. Watch the LEO, they will most deffinenetly be out in force this weekend. For the guys in Jersey be extra careful due to the little mis-hap last weekend on 80. I'm gonna' push this thing along. Shit if Haga can ride this weekend after back surgery..... I'll try for next weekend. 'Lil tape and a wrap ...might be good for three hours or so.

 

Sorry guys. I can't make it. I gotta head out to LI earlier than anticipated so I'd only have time to say hi then head back home and miss all the fun stuff.

Hey guys. Not gonna be able to make this on Friday morning. Seems my roof sprung a little leak last night (f'n roof is only 10 years old, too) so I need to get someone in here ASAP, and my odds are much better of handling this on Friday versus Saturday. Have fun. I'll catch up on the next one.

Well, he did just get his bike back together, looking pretty nice I might add. Glad I didn't miss the trip.

 

Anyone up to meet at 10 AM on Saturday 7/11 at 220 and 44 and ride to the Grand Canyon .. in Avis, PA? Never been there tips to twistie roads would be appreciated.

Bbwong and I have tentatively scheduled a ride, although haven't worked out details on where and what time.

We do know it will be Saturday, and that each of us needs to be home by about 1:00.

Anyone else interested? Maybe find a meeting point around 7:00am, give or take?

I just ordered new boots too, I will have a chance to break them in. I never had them new fangled special riding boots before. At least I will look like I know what I am doing!

Hey, not ALL 4th gens are slow, just mine. More a function of rider skill than displacement!

 

So...how does Sunday work for everyone? I can't make Saturday anymore - the friends I am expecting after 1:00 have moved up their timetable. The good news is, I should be free for a longer ride Sunday. I have an early dinner but can probably ride until 4:00 or so. If Saturday is the better day, I'll have to catch up with you guys the next time. Sorry.
