Wow! I am glad to see you are relatively okay after that nasty spill! Being a fellow native from Tacoma, I can vouch for the insane number of stupid deer out there... and it's not much better here in upstate NY...

I love the pic of you giving the bird to the damn deer...LMAO

Any ideas yet of what to replace her with?:frown:

Take care and get well soon.

Wow. 180 feet? How fast were you going when that little bitch jumped in front? Reminds me I saw a deer along our biggest highway here, looking across all 8 lanes to the grassy area, and you could hear it thinking < Can I make it?>

that sux, bro. does this mean you are gonna be getting that ducati you have lusted after? or are you feeling those aches and pains and thinking about that goldwing that would have busted that deer and kept on truckin? Oh, and sorry to see that the road rash got your stash, too. luckily it only got the hair and not down to the skin there...

    Read in his second post.

"A deer jumped out in front of the bike and I T-Boned it at about 60mph. The deer obviously died on impact, luckily I didn't. I tumbled/slid with the bike for about 180ft. I landed in the grass in a someones yard, the bike slid a little further and backed itself into a pole, accordion style.

    Stupid f-ing deer..."

Sorry to hear this. Get well soon.

Hulk would not have shaved his stash, bet or no bet. This is certainly the cause of the collision and seeing as you willingly shaved it off, then there is an element of negligence here. I am recommending a good lawyer to the estate of that poor defenseless deer. Any damage to that new road surface that we may wish to try to recover from your as well?

I think you look pretty damn good for a guy that just kicked a deer's ass, followed by teaching a freshly chip sealed road who's boss. Many may think deer are sissies, but they are very tough.

I'm thinking an upside down deer with a slash through it decal to put on the next bike (or this one if you decide to rebuild) ala Zero flags on WW2 fighters.....three more and youre an ace. Goes right next to the VFRW decal.
