With the wonders of modern medicine and a lil grunting I was able to clock in 225 mi. today.

I'm trying to talk Burns into a run on Saturday: Harrisburg to Boyertown to Lancaster and home with a bunch of friends from another board. He may be in the dog house, though... waiting to see.
