Any twisties in Michigan/indiana?

Im getting a new vfr next saturday. I would really like to go on another ride with some folks.

Does anyone know where there are some nice twisties around the Michigan or Indiana area?

Anyone interested in riding?

there is not anything near me worth riding near me that I am aware of. anytime I want to get out to have some fun it requires two hours of driving to get somewhere worth a darn. I would gladly be up for something next weekend if I didn't have so much going on with school right now.

It's a long ride, but the UP has nice roads and beautiful scenery.

 

Lakeshore Drive

Nice road. Runs from Indiana up the east side of Lake Michigan, sort of. Problem is that it is interrupted frequently by rivers, creeks, small bays, stretched where it just doesn't exist. So when it ends, drive inland, go north for a while, then find way back to Lakeshore Drive.

I don't think that we have anything in SW MI like those guys in CA have.

And a TON of deer, that'll run out in front of you, stand there and watch as you hit them...

Not as good, but not too far off either; the issue is they're not all in a string or as long as CA. However, I found much better roads in the Appalachian Mountains frankly then those in CA...

could you be a guide? could meet somewhere, ride down to indiana, or where the road starts. meet whoever, then ride back up where you lead?
