    Is there any other modifications that need to be made with the Two Brothers Slip on mufflers? (2007 VFR)

    No. You can put them on a stock bike with out any other modification.

    Yes, they fit with you plate in its original location. I got rid of the rear fender and moved the plate up between the pipes (see my gallery for photos).
