The Brits call it an EH101 Merlin.

But yes, the manufacturers designation is EH101.

Augusta/Westlands makes three variants:

Naval
TAC
Civilian

Ours is part Naval variant, part Tactical and a bunch of Cormorant only modifications/parts.
