Mind if I join, that is if the wife says it's OK. We are in the process of buying a house and man could I use a long ride!

I just moved up to Worcester from Maryland last month and thought I was the only VFR owner in the state. I have yet to see another.

Is there anyone else riding in from the Worcester area or from the east that you know of? Wouldn't mind joining up and riding to Springfield.

Well, men, Im back...what's up and when's the next ride?

 

Good to have you back Kobe, we'll get another one planned for sure. Take a few days to get rid of your sea legs and get some rest, catch ya at the next one my man. Greylock yesterday was great, weather held out for us for the most part. It's been so freggin rainy around here I find I'm barely watching the weather on TV, just ride. If it's a 100% downpour, it stays parked, much less...ride it!

The access road up to Greylock was just paved. Except for a little gravel that's kicked on it every once in a while, it's perfect. We got up to the top, clouds opened up a little so the view was pretty good. Not a clear day by any means, looked like it could rain any minute, never did though. See ya at the next one bud, hope all's well.

 

Guy's how long a ride is Graylock from Hartford area?

 

that is same trip we did from E hartford Doug.
we just did not go to top cause road was still closed so 2 - 2-1/2 hrs.
but 116 is very busy during the week.

 

O ok. Yeah that was a great ride! Can anyone do a half day this week? Thrusday?

 

I could be sold on a half day Thursday pretty easy. I could get outta here by 11 or so.

No sweat, maybe next week? We can see what the weather looks like, the clouds HAVE to be out of rain by now lol

 

If the weather is good on Friday I'll prob make a run around Quabbin Res around noon. I want to make a dry run before I take the wife along.
