    yea right now i stll got the whole stock front end on it, that will soon change the front is a shity chin shin cheapie the rear has a BT016 on it, awesome tire!!

    got the solo cowl mounted up friday...thats about it nthing else new wont be much more going on till winter time when i put it down again for the front end i am looking for a whole engine or mybe a spare set of heads (bare heads are fine to) to buy..... thank you jamie for the rear grab bar

    the best part is I bet that was a $50 option out of the honda catalogue back in 1985. I love my vf but not that much glad one of us picked up that rare vintage nugget in stellar condition!

    Why?

    I had a line on one for my 750, but passed it up because I knew it would snowball into building an HRC motor that I wouldn't be able to ride on the street.

    Maybe, but the problem is that in order to add the dry clutch, you have to change other things which require the use of a set of HRC cases - which would be silly to use without also getting the better pistons, rods, titanium valves, etc. See where this is going? I had an opportunity to buy two HRC motors - one complete and one in parts - for $5000 shipped to my door. :eek: I still wish I had the cash... I just have to tell myself that bump starting every morning would be a pain... :crazy:
