Most likely the previous owner had a Kryptonite brand lock & the sticker was to remind him to not ride off with it still in place.

    KC-10 FE out...

It was to remind me to have Kryptonite removed so I didn't get sick from riding it. :bounce:

I agree with KC-10, and I am not ashamed to admit it.
I have a Kryptonite disc lock that is easy to forget. It would knock the crap out of the discs and calipers if I left it on. Good idea to have a reminder posted next to the starter button.

Your bike was previously owned by Lex Luthor, and whenever he went riding around looking to kick Supermans ass, he wanted to make sure he didnt forget the Kryptonite

Or someone had a lock and didnt want to ride off with the lock on.

It works if you remember to look at it.
    I have disc-lock with a curley-Q plastic coated cable.
One end on the disc lock, the other on the throttle....

Gosh Darn it! The secret weapon to use against me is out and in Earthling hands again! I'm gonna have to be more careful... (Now I've gotta reverse time again, and get rid of this Earthling's sticker, man am I tired of this!)

It would be a lot more fun to think that Superman owned the bike at one time.
