They looked like the clam shell style setup, they were the kind that almost look like briefcases but a bit thicker, and were solid black in color. Then again I was doing 65 and he was doing 70 easily, so I didn't get the best look at them...

Spotted a RWB 07 heading east just past Cunningham, KS on US54. Had matching blue hardbags and a yellow tailbag. Rider was fully geared up and joined by a ST1100 and another big naked bike.

Who did I see Sunday afternoon on the Trans Canada Highway, westbound near the Langley Surrey border on the black 6th gen wearing shorts, a t-shirt, runners and a thin nylon jacket doing about 80MPH. It was a pretty shade of green on the jacket If it was you, I was the one who came up behind you on the Pearl White 6th gen and got off at 196th St exit wearing ATGATT

Saw several 6th Gens this weekend. A black and a red on Hwy 9, I was the one waving to you on the yellow 6th gen going the other way. Also saw 2 RWB 6th gens on Hwy 35 by 92, each within about 2-5 min of the other.

Sparse sightings to report this month.

Red 6th generation heading toward the isthmus near West Towne on East Wash in Madison at noonhour Friday June 12th.

Took a ride from Madison to Prairie du Chien on Saturday June 20th and saw hundreds of bikes on the road and at St Feriole Island. I saw a gunmetal gray Yamaha FJR1300 that I momentarily thought was a VFR. :frown: That was it.

Red 4th generation on I-94 midway between Madison and Milwaukee. Bike entered the interstate from Sullivan/Ixonia heading east. I spotted the Y Chromosome louvers from a great distance. 3:45 pm Tuesday June 30.

Red 6th generation on the Madison beltline (near I-90) headed west at 6:45 am Wednesday July 1. Full gear – color coordinated.

Michigan: My first Viffer sighting since joining the site: all white 5th Gen., no markings I could see (custom paint I think), black seat, and chrome slip-on. Rider had a yellow and black jacket, and I think black helmet. 10 mi. road, Rockford, as I was pulling outta Meijer (in my truck), Tuesday night, like 11 something (PM) , just before US 131.

    Any takers?

Was it a 5th gen? If it was I bet it's the same guy I saw around Jackson after the 4th heading west on 94.

White 06 VFR on 215 N & Murrieta Hot Springs Rd.

OK, I was riding home after a crazy 11.5 hour day at work, merging onto the freeway and what do I see stuck in traffic in the slow lane?? A 6th gen white VFR with a givi hard case truck thingy! Rider was wearing a blue and black mesh jacket. So, me being the friendly type, pulled up next to him and yelled "Nice Bike!" He said his was an 06, told him mine was an 05. He then mentioned that mine sounded different than his and that he liked it and I explained that I did the partial gut on the stock cans. So of course I had to mention our website to him and said how we have members all over the world!! He said he would check it out, did my little wave, and proceeded to split lanes through traffic and went home. This was my first time actually running into a VFR other than on planned rides. Forgot to ask his name though, anyway, if you are on here, say hello!!

nah, two separate bikes. I've seen a custom white 5th gen but never the 6th Gen V-4pilot mentioned.

Driving home last night at 4:45 pm I saw a force silver Generation 6 VFR in oncoming traffic on the beltline near Todd Drive. Black jacket, matte black helmet. And black luggage racks on the side.

Looked just like mine, with the guy wearing my gear. :suspicious:

I hurried home and looked in the garage.

    Safe and sound.
