The link works but you have to go to picture 92 (I think) and cycle threw them one at a time. Wreck looked gnarly. The VFR was earlier though being it was picture 1-3. If I were that guy I'd buy every picture so I could have a flip book.

I got to the pictures as well.
Just click to advance the photos and watch the guy low-side off the turn, then you'll continue to see the outcome of his bike! Then keep advancing and you'll see the mysterious RWB coming into view!

if you keep flipping you'll see he passed that camera guy a few times before crashing.

my guess, he was trying to get that one awesome shot .. but rode in above his limits

Picture 106 shows the VFR rider hanging his head out into oncoming traffic. Not a great idea.

on pic #91 you can see that he is already starting to slide. Good to hear that he wasn't injured, badly.

    is that "checksix" on here???

Never mind...I just read where he responded and it is checksix. I've lived around here all of my life and I've just about sworn off "the dragon".

Guess he can make a major contribution to the Tree of Shame. May even need another tree for all of the pieces he whacked.

Just a question for the folks that live by the dragon.......who are these guys that take pictures? do they just pull over and find a cool set of turns? I can see that they are "professionals", seems a little irresponsible on the photographers part. grandizing makes people want to show off......I dunno.....

Just people trying to make a living. Grown folks ride these things, so they should police themselves. I'm sure plenty of people lay down on those twists whether theres a photog or not. I wonder if anyones almost slid into the camera guy before. That's what I would be worried about.

there are several photographer taking picture of poeple doing what they are going to do anyway. I really miss the good old days when the road was unknown. I only live about 6 miles away and I don't even dare to go up there anymore. There is just too much stupidity up there any more. Most of the locals are over the stupidity.

Ya know...usually I'm glad everyone makes it out of a wreck safely. But after viewing the lines this guy was taking in the other photos(knee down on the double yellow head WAAAAY into the opposite lane) and reading on the Daytona forum that this is his 4th wreck...I'm not feeling so sorry. Seems like life is trying to tell him something...

nasty spill! seems like he started loosing it at pic 91 and on pic 92 you see the front wheel steered in the direction of the turn.
