Well after years of lusting over that naked swingarm (or lack there of) I have finally pulled the trigger on a bone stock 1993 white VFR 750F. It has been pure Nirvana to ride and I am looking forward to hearing from other members with the same year bike on some different add-ons to the bike...esp. exhaust and luggage.

    Welcome aboard.

Your user name intrigues me. I am a flight nurse and am curious to know what you do for a living.

    Welcome from a 92 VFR750!
I run a Yoshimura R&D pipe and it has a nice deep rumble to it ( Sounds like a choir of screaming angels when I get on the throttle ). No luggage but if folded, I can get a Mad magazine under the seat.
Looking forward to some pics or your machine.

Now I could go for some screaming angels...always good to have around!! Was there any mod you had to make to the exhaust to install the slip-on? and what model # Yosh pipe did you use? I have heard the rumble from the Yoshi pipe and it is angelic!!!

I will get some pics up soon-

Well as for the pipe, I can't find a model number so here's a picture of it. The pipe was on the bike when I bought it so not sure if any mods were done but it looks like it just bolted up. Sorry no real detailed info to work with.

The stock Honda monoshocks for 90-93's were not all that hot. They wore quickly. Replacing the stock can will lose you the ability to just swing it out of the way to get to the lug bolts on the rear wheel. Not a big deal IMO..

Seat cowls and centerstands are great adds.

I like the 130. We still have an old AStar BA with the Lycoming engine upgrade. We have plans to get an Agusta 109 or 119 in the next couple years.

you will love the 109...Fast and tight with long legs(good range)!! Great for the area you guys cover. We had to put floats on our 130 because of the amount of water we fly over and it really looks ridiculous!
Great pics of the bike on your profile...esp. the snow shot!

We live at 4100 feet. Winter sees plenty of snow. Not much right now, it is 96 degrees out there.

    Where are you located?

    Welcome!

Ive got a TBR full exhaust system on mine, on numerous occasions ive had people tell me it sounds like a big block V8.

Givi still makes racks for our bike. you can get a "wingrack" which hold side cases and a top case, or just the top case rack. but i dont think you can get only the side case rack. i only have the top case because i have a high mount exhaust.

keep and eye on you R/R, i had to replace mine and put on a VFRness from wiremybike last month. charging system is great now. also my fuel pump relay went bad today, so keep an eye on that too.
