Custom (&/or race) VFR builders?

So I was wondering, I've been looking to figure out who has the skill to do the mods I want to do to my bike; at least the ones I don't want to attempt on my own; and so I began by looking at various racebike builders (Erion for instance), then at some of the "custom" sportbike builders.

So here's my question; anyone know of a bike builder who specializes in (or even has good experience with) VFR's?

I don't think he was being wise; I think he was asking what type of modifications you were after, since different builders focus on different aspects ( i.e. a suspension specialist, an engine modifier, etc.)

Mainerider, you were right, HE was not the one being the wise a$$, I was; sorry. While I was slow to understand, my mouth was NOT slow to gobble my foot!

Primarily I'm looking for suspension, light engine (mainly full exhaust; headers, cat removal, slip ons, sprocket/chain, electronics, etc.), wheels/tires, and paint.

I'm looking for someone who can do the whole deal, you know kinda the "Chip Foose" of VFR's; someone I can drop of the bike to, give him my list and pick it up in a few weeks done (they "sub-contract" all the work they don't do themselves). Kinda like "Roaring Toyz"; but that specialize or at least have experience with VFR's vs. 'Busa's. There are several for Busa's...

I am even slower but you are going to have trouble doing engine mods etc to the vfr..all you can do is aftermarket pipe,filter,seat,window,suspension,chain-sprokets,and all the little things bolts grips etc.. good luck hope you find what you are after but the vtech engine is just not a popular bike to (custom):thumbsup:

Well frankly I used to be a gearhead, but have gotten old, soft, fat, lazy and would rather spend my money and have it done by an expert, and enjoy the riding vs. spend the much more time in the garage with my bike were I to do it myself...
