NEW HONDA V4 Spied in the desert!!

Motorcycle Daily is reporting the new VFR1200 is being ridden outside of the Honda proving grounds in the Mojove Desert. Looks like it's fully ready for production. I heard it was gonna weigh in dry at 800lbs and 275 HP. Then again, I don't have any of that Jedi software that gets me into the Honda test track and skunkworks.

 

are we all gonna be chubby chasers........ I think ihis bag hanging from his belt might be a pouch for diagnostic computer crap....besides he doesnt look like a very big guy...maybe thats what makes it look "chubby"

Look at the big pics of the truck, full of Honda chemicals, Honda boxes. And the plate is CA distributor #3421 which has been shown to be Honda, was spotted on the Fury during testing.

Doesn't it look like a BMW though? 1 thing i hate the BMW does is cover the beautiful wheel of a single sided swing arm with a big pipe. seems like honda is following suite.

Think they are modeling it after BMW since they are the top dogs in this catagory.

 

I think it has a high forehead and a pig nose.

 

Is it shaft driven? Couldn't see a chain. I hate the front view, but the profile looks pretty cool.

 

Yes. We have been given the shaft! But hey BMW uses it and they see no problems. The profile looks chubby.
