+1! Glad everyone made it back home on time and with no problems.

Pliskin, did you have to get gas on the way back? Saw your post in the garage section about fuel mileage. From where we gassed up, I got a little more than 44 mpg.

I'm down to 2 bars. I think I clocked 112 miles from where we gassed up.

Correction: It was actually 133 miles from where we gassed up.

I might be available but I need to head out to Brooklyn/LI sometime this weekend. Not sure when or even which day though. Anyone interested in tearing up some Verrazano Narrows Bridge or Belt Parkway? Yeah, me either...

Are you really serious considering taking you bike to Brooklyn/Queens? I am scared when I am my car to drive on the Belt or the BQE. I hop eyou reconsider taking your bike, not only are the drivers the most unconsiderate but the roads are treacherous.

Looks like the weather's going to be crap so riding may be a non-issue. I'm more concerned about the condition of the roads in NYC than the drivers, but point taken.

Are you still heading up to ride with PoconoVFR? I'm still working out scheduling but if the weather looks ok I'll join you. Not sure what the fastest way up there is though. Maybe 206 to I-80? Not a fun commute but at least we can make time and not have to wake up so effing early.

He has not gotten back to me about changing the meeting time, he's probably watching golf zzzzzzzzzzzzzzz. Can you send me the link for the mod you did to your bike where you added the plug for your bike. I might do that this weekend if the weather is bad.

Set up the GPS on the VFR yesterday. Now I'm looking forward to going somewhere new without getting "lost". If only this rain would stop.

Nice setup. Ya' know I'd tried the 'hole GPS thing one time.....just to worried about the GPS and not focused on the road. 'Course I'm not the brightest bulb....

Anyway the rain looks like it may have ended for the moment I'm gonna' head out today if anyone can make it. If not Sunday for sure. Dino I'll meet you half way on the time.7:30...any later we'll be in traffic and to me that's like a Saturday at a ski area.....just to many people for the speeds I enjoy.
